TRUSTED BY INDUSTRY LEADERS

WHY INCIDENTS KEEP HAPPENING
It’s not carelessness. It’s physics and limited visibility.

People can't see through racks.

Loads block line of sight.

Walls and corners hide movement.

Moving equipment creates new blind spots.

The Problem
THE REAL COST OF A SINGLE INCIDENT
One accident can lead to injuries, lawsuits, penalties, and lost productivity.

$41,000
Average cost per forklift-related injury

$500K – $2M+
Legal settlements & liability exposure

$8M+
OSHA penalties issued in 2024

COUNTLESS HOURS
Operational downtime & productivity loss
One accident can lead to injuries, lawsuits, penalties, and lost productivity.

HIT-NOT® CHANGES THE GAME
A low-frequency magnetic field creates a 360° detection zone around the vehicle. When a tag or device enters the field, the operator and the person are alerted—before they can see each other.
- Detects people before they enter danger zones
- Works through walls, racks & obstructions
- Predictive alerts before visibility is lost
- Continuous 360° field coverage
ONE SYSTEM. TOTAL FACILITY PROTECTION.

Vehicle to Pedestrian
Alert operators to people in and around the vehicle.

Vehicle to Vehicle
Alert operators to other vehicles in the area.

Vehicle to Structure
Protect racking, doors, walls and equipment.

Blind Corner Detection
Detects around blind corners and intersections.

Operator View Blocked
Detects when loads or equipment block the operator's view.

Two-Zone Warning
Warning zone alerts. Danger zone increases urgency.

How it Works
THREE COMPONENTS. ONE COMPLETE SYSTEM.
Seamless protection for people, assets, and operations.
01
FIELD GENERATOR MODULE
Creates a low-frequency magnetic detection field around the vehicle, enabling reliable 360° proximity detection through racks, walls, and other obstacles.
02
VEHICLE MOUNTED ALERT DEVICE
Provides instant visual and audible alerts to the operator whenever a tagged pedestrian, vehicle, or protected zone is detected nearby.
03
PERSONAL ALARM DEVICE
A compact wearable device for pedestrians that delivers two-way detection with vibration, audible, and visual alerts to improve awareness in active work zones.
Protecting People, Assets, and Structures
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur amet fringilla

People
When equipped with a Personal Alarm Device, operators and pedestrians both receive an alert when they enter within the warning/danger proximity zone.

Machines
When two pieces of equipment approach one another, both operators receive precise, reliable warnings. Alerts function even in view-obstructed scenarios

Structures & Assets
Facility-mounted structure monitors warn operators when they are too close to racks, doors, columns, conveyors, pick modules, or other fixed hazards.

FAQ’s
HIT-NOT® Proximity Detection System FAQs
We already have cameras or RFID on our forklifts. Why would we need this too?
Cameras and RFID need a clear sightline or reflected signal, both fail in the exact spots forklift incidents actually happen: blind corners, behind racks, backing out of trailers. HIT-NOT’s magnetic field passes through walls, loads, and structures, so it detects people cameras literally cannot see. It’s not a replacement conversation, it’s a coverage gap conversation.
Will this actually work in our facility? We've got dense racking, dust, and constant noise.
That’s the environment HIT-NOT was built for. Performance isn’t affected by dust, lighting, sound, or radio interference, and the magnetic field passes straight through racks, loads, and blind corners where line of sight systems lose accuracy. A facility specific risk assessment will show you exactly where your current blind spots are.
What does a single incident actually cost us if we don't fix this?
On average, $41,000 per forklift related injury, and legal settlements have run $500K to $2M or more. OSHA penalties alone totaled over $8M in 2024. Against that, a proximity detection system is a fraction of the downside you’re already exposed to.
Do we need to shut down operations or replace our fleet to install this?
No. HIT-NOT is plug and play and installs directly onto your existing forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, even AGVs and AMRs, without replacing equipment. Every unit ships with installation guides, manuals in English and Spanish, and training videos, so your team is running without a major operational pause.
How do we know this actually works, and isn't just another safety gadget?
The underlying technology has over two decades of field use, originally developed for underground mining as the first system approved by the Mine Safety and Health Administration, adapted for forklifts in 2012. It’s patented, not a copycat camera or RFID setup, and it’s currently protecting Fortune 500 operations and major manufacturing facilities.
Does this help us with OSHA compliance, or just reduce accidents?
Both. As a patented proximity detection system, HIT-NOT helps demonstrate due diligence, supports OSHA compliance efforts, and reduces liability exposure, backed by a documented track record in high risk industrial environments.
What actually happens after we request the risk assessment?
It’s a no obligation, facility specific walkthrough, takes about two minutes to schedule, and gives you concrete insight into where your blind spots are before you commit to anything. Trial packages are also available if you want to test the system in your own facility first
