USE HIT-NOT® to reduce the risk when entering aisles in vna warehouses and facilities
- If storage racks are loaded to the ends, a forklift in a roadway may not be able to see a forklift stopped just inside the aisle. Pedestrians can also be overlooked.
- Cameras and UWB cannot see through fully loaded storage racks into the aisles.
- Mirrors and other passive devices are used in some facilities but are not always effective. One reason is that the view of the forklift in the aisle is blocked by items stored in the racks.
- Sometimes, pedestrians are inside aisles, or occasionally temporarily inside the racks, performing tasks that can only be accomplished by being on foot. Incoming forklifts cannot see them through loaded racks.
- HIT-NOT® See-Through Technology detects pedestrians and forklifts near the end of the aisles and alert the operators. If outfitted with auto-slow systems or OEM provided controls, the forklift can be slowed or stopped by signals that HIT-NOT always provides to a standard Deutch connector that can be plugged into.
- HIT-NOT performs according to pre-approved “Rules of the Road.”
