HIT-NOT® Plug & Play Simple Installation
- A complete HITNOT system is made of two assemblies that plug together, the Magnetic Field Assembly (MFG) and the Power and Warning Module Assembly (P&W) Assembly.
- Installation is very simple. Mount the MFG on top of the canopy with two “U” bolts, attach the Warning Module, with already attached two-sided tape, to a strut, secure with a wire-tie and route the remaining cable to the battery and fuse box, one section at a time.
- There are three electrical connections for an I. C. forklift, two ring lugs that attach to the battery and one fuse adapter that plugs into the fuse box. On a battery-powered forklift, even the fuse adapter is not required because a dc-dc converter is part of the system.
- Almost anyone can do the installation, without any additional parts. The installer does not even have to understand how the system works.
- A part of the Plug and Play configuration is an Interface Module. It has standard Deutch connectors to which auto-slow systems can be plugged in.
- A special “Y” cable allows inserting an AI camera system into the HIT-NOT system.

True See-Through Detection Technology
Magnetic pulse technology creates a stable magnetic field that passes through racks, walls, and loads. This enables true See-Through Detection, allowing the system to maintain consistent detection zones without the interference, false readings, or dead zones caused by signal reflection.
